My Story

Entrepreneur · Mother · Founder

I spent years building a life abroad and raising a family. After making the difficult decision to leave my marriage, I found myself navigating single motherhood, uncertainty, and the challenge of rebuilding my life from the ground up.

What felt like the end of one chapter became the beginning of something unexpected — a process of healing, self-discovery, and transformation I never could have planned for.

For a long time, I found it difficult to talk about what I was going through. I carried the fears, the disappointment, the grief, and the uncertainty quietly.

From the outside, I looked strong. I looked successful. I looked like I had everything together.

But the truth was that I was hurting, healing, and trying to find my way forward one step at a time.

Sharing that truth has been one of the biggest milestones of my life. Not because it’s easy — but because I know there are other women carrying similar stories behind their smiles. Women who feel they have to stay strong for everyone else. Women who are rebuilding in silence. Women who wonder if they’ll ever feel like themselves again.

Attract Align Empower™ was born from that experience. It is more than a brand. It is a reminder that strength isn’t pretending you’re okay. Strength is having the courage to face what hurts, choose yourself, and keep moving forward.

Today, I create music, books, journals, reflections, and content to inspire women to heal, grow, and step confidently into their next chapter.

Because your story isn’t over because one chapter ended. Sometimes the chapter that breaks you open is the chapter that helps you become who you were always meant to be.

You are defined by who you choose to become next."
